Location: 29025 NYS Route 25, Cutchogue
Description: This site plan is for the conversion of an existing dwelling to professional
offices on a 20,224.28 sq. ft. parcel in the RO Zoning District.
Status: Review timeline & revisions.
Action: Consider scheduling the application for final approval.

Location: 6477 Sound Ave, approximately 464' n/o Sound Avenue on a private
right-of-way, in Mattituck
Description: This site plan is for the new construction of an 11,700 sq. ft. building for
agricultural use on a 5 acre parcel in the AC Zone.
Status: Applicant requests a final inspection after submitting as built plans as
requested by the Planning Board in a letter dated 09/25/06.
Action: Review 9/25/06 ltr to applicant & draft letter to issue site plan satisfaction.

Description: This site plan is for new construction of a 1759 sq. ft. auto repair building,
existing office building of 1,620 sq. ft., existing auto repair of 130 sq. ft.
on a 37,428 sq. ft. parcel in the R-40 Zone.
Status: Request for Final Inspection
Action: Consider issuing a site plan satisfaction letter.

Subdivisions
Project name: Conservation Subdivision of Edward Latham SCTM#: 1000-19-1-7.5
Location: 31900 Main Road, Orient
Description: This proposed conservation subdivision of 124 acres created 2 lots. The
Development Rights have previously been sold on 114 acres. Lot 1 is
improved with agricultural buildings and would equal 124.05 acres, with
114 acres of preserved farmland and Lot 2 equals 2.95 acres in the R-
200 Zoning District.
Status: Open
Action: Review Conceptual Design.

Description:
