WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten DOflars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release onto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Bay Avenue with
the westerly side of Pine Tree Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the northerly side of Bay Avenue
South 87 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds West 200 feet to the easterly side of Lot No. 6, as
shown on the aforementioned "Map of Nassau Farms";
RUNNING THENCE hjorth 4 degrees 07 minutes West, along the easterly side of said Lot No.
6, 200 feet to the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 46, as shown on the aforementioned "Map of
Nassau Farms";
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Lot Nos. 46, 45 and 441all as:shown on the
aforementioned "Map of Nassau Farms" North 87 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds East 200 feet to
the westerly side of Pine Tree Road; and
