VACCARI, being husband and wife, residing at 220-58 75th Avenue, Bayside, New York party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the patty of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the'heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 6 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Nassau Farms" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 28, 1935, as Map No. 1179, said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Bay Avenue distant 200 feet westerly from the comer formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Pine Tree Road and the northerly side of Bay Avenue; RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Bay Avenue, South 85 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds West 100 feet to the division line of lots 7 and 6 on the above mentioned map; THENCE along said last mentioned division line, North 04 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds West 200 feet; THENCE North 85 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds East 100 feet; THENCE South 04 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds East 200 feet to the northerly side of Bay Avenue, the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in the deed of the parties of the -pats, herein by deed from MARION R. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
