980 Southern Cross Road, Cutchogue, New York 11935, Party of the Second
Part and JOAN E. CARNEY residing at 33 Orchard Street, Hauppauge, N.Y.
11788 and MARY A. RUPP, residing at 4 Claudia Court, Lake Ronkonkoma,
N.Y. 11779 as Remaindermen, both being Daughters of the Grantor

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of rite second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the intersection of the northeasterly line
of Holden Avenue with the northwesterly line of Southern Cross Road, and running
along said northeasterly line of Holden Avenue N. 39° 59' 30" W. 100.90 feet to a
concrete monument; THENCE along land now or formerly of the George H. Fleet Estate
two courses as follows (1) parallelwith the said northwesterly line of Southern
Cross Road N. 570 42' 00" E. 130.74 feet to a concrete monument; THENCE (2) S. 35°
43' 50" E. 100. 18 feet to a concrete monument set on the said northwesterly line
of Southern Cross Road, THENCE along said northwesterly line of Southern Cross Road
S. 570 42' 00" W. 123.28 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to JOHN E. SLIER and
AGNES B. SLATER, his wife, by Deed dated the 12th day of January, 1965, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 5723 at Page 147; the
said AGNES B. SLATER having died on August 17, 1994, a resident of the County
of Suffolk leaving the Grantor herein as her surviving Tenant by the Entirety.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all

DESIGNATION AS to the Life Estate reserved AND to the parties of the Third Part,

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
