Status: Request for extension to complete work on site. Action: Staff inspected the site and has found that the work done to date is in accordance with the approved site plan. Description: This site plan is for the conversion of an existing automotive repair shop and gasoline service station to a convenience store and gasoline service station on a 18,473 sq. ft. lot in the Hamlet Business Zoning District. Status: New Site Plan Action: Review site plan and comments received. Action: Request for extension on approved site plan Attachments: Planning Board Work Session Agenda Page Two June 15, 2009 Subdivisions Project name: Sterling Harbor Inc. at Bayview SCTM#: 1000-88-2-15 Location: The property is located on the n/s/o Main Bayview Road, 300.21' e/o Midland Parkway in the Agricultural Conservation Zoning District (A-C) in Southold. Description: This proposal is to subdivide a 14.1529-acre parcel in the A-C zone into five lots where Lot 1 equals 49,652 s.f., Lot 2 equals 41,302 s.f., Lot 3 equals 42,550 s.f., Lot 4 equals 41,056 s.f. and Lot 5 equals 410,845 s.f. and includes a 40,944 s.f. building envelope and 369,901 s.f. of preserved area. Status: Conditional Preliminary Action: Review resolution for Final Approval. Attachments: Resolution for Final Approval Project name: Southview Preserve SCTM#: 1000-78-05-21.4,21.7,21.8,21.9,21.10 & 21.11 Location: The property is located on the south side of Main Bayview Road, approximately 900' east of Cedar Drive, in Southold. Description: Subdivide a 14.54-acre parcel into three lots where Lot 1 equals 44,735 s.f., Lot 2 equals 37,343 s.f. and Lot 3 equals 42,470 s.f. totaling 2.87 acres with the remaining 11.53 acres of the property to be preserved as open space. Status: Expired Action: Review resolution for re-issuing Conditional Preliminary Approval and continue reviewing application. The lots have been previously merged. Lot 1 would be 61,899 square feet and proposed Lot 2 would be 44,587 sq. ft. in the R-40 Zoning District.
