FAGAN, of 1535 Dawes Road, N.E. , Palm Bay, Florida 32905, party of the first part, and HARRY P. FAGAN, JR. and MARIE C. FAGAN, as Co-Trustees and their successors of the Harry P. Fagan, Jr. and Marie C. Fagan Revocable Trust dated December 7, 1993, with full power and authority to protect, conserve, sell, lease or encumber, or otherwise manage and dispose of the herein described property, whose post office address is 1535 Dawes Road, N.E. , Palm Bay, Florida 32905, party of the second part: The party of the first part, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) , lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, remises, releases, and quitclaims to the party of the second part, and such party' s heirs, and assigns forever, all of that real property located in the County of Suffolk, State of New York, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument set in the westerly side of Betts Street, distant 50 feet southerly as measured along the westerly side of Betts Street from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Betts Street with the southerly side of Glenwood Road; THENCE RUNNING south /14 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds east along the westerly side of Betts Street 125 feet to a monument at land formerly of Bruno H. Ahlers and wife; THENCE RUNNING south 63 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds west along the land of said Ahlers 100 feet; to a monument at land on "Map of Ravatone Realty Corp. " ; THENCE north 14 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds west along the last mentioned land 125 feet to a monument at the. I southerly side of land on said map and being land now or formerly of William F. Henegan and wife; THENCE north 63 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds east along said last mentioned land 100 feet to the westerly side of Betts Street at the point or place of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the parcel described as follows : BEGINNING at a monument set in the westerly side of Betts Street, distant 50 feet southerly as measured along the westerly side of Betts Street from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Betts Street with the southerly side of Glenwood Road; THENCE RUNNING south 14 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds east along the westerly side of Betts Street 25 feet to a point in the westerly side of Betts Street; THENCE RUNNING south 63 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds west 100 feet to a point on land on "Map of Ravatone Realty Corp. " ; THENCE North 14 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds west along the last mentioned land 25 feet to a monument at the southerly side of land on said map and being land now or formerly of William F. Heneghan and wife; THENCE north 63 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds east along said last mentioned land 100 feet to the westerly side of Betts Street at the point or place of beginning. THIS EXCEPTION is the property conveyed by the party of the first part by deed recorded in Book 5440, Page 194. THIS IS A CORRECTIVE QUIT-CLAIM DEED CORRECTING THE QUIT- CLAIM DEED PREVIOUSLY RECORDED IN LIBER 1666, PA ON MARCH 2, 1993, IN THE PUBLIC RECOR SUFE COUNTY, NEW YORK. ! ' TITLE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY HAS NEITHER BEEN EXAMINED NOR APPROVED BY SOUTH BREVARD LEGAL CENTER, P.A. together with the appurtenances and all of the estate and rights of the first part in and to such property.
