The conveyance of title hereunder shall not effect a merger of the
following mortgage into the fee title of the above-described
premises:
(a) Mortgage made by Henry Haan and Mary Jean Haan to Long
Island Mortgage Corp. dated June 4, 1986, and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on June 10, 1986,
in -Liber 11677 mp 420 to secure the sum of $200,000. 00
and interest, which mortgage was assigned by Long Island
Mortgage Corp. to The North Fork Bank & Trust Company by
assignment of mortgage dated October 31, 1989, recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 22,
