SCTM#43-3-2 BREWER YACHT YARD AT GREENPORT, INC. requests a Wetland Permit to remove and replace the existing floating docks using Grade #1 southern yellow pine floats and to reconfigure with zero net increase in square footage. Located: 1410 Manhassett Ave. & Beach Rd., Greenport. SCTM#43-3-2 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to us, it is our recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with LWRP policy standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Policy 10 Protect Southold's water-dependent uses and promote siting of new waterdependent uses in suitable locations. The intent of this policy is to protect existing water-dependent commercial~ industrial~ and recreational uses and to enhance the economic viability of water-dependent uses by ensuring adequate provision of infrastructure for water-dependent uses and their efficient operation. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. A proposed action will be evaluated as to its significant beneficial and adverse effects upon the coastal area (which includes all of Southold Town).
