This proposed action is for an amended site plan for an existing one story building that includes a
personal service store and business office and to legalize a portion of the lower level of the
existing building that was converted to conference rooms and office space on a 31,450 square
foot parcel in the B Zone located at the s/e/c/o of Main Road and Marlene Lane in Mattituck,
SCTM#1000-143-3-1,
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department and the records available to me, I recommend that the proposed
action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written
determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
