This site plan is for the construction ora 20' x 124' greenhouse on a 3.8 acre parcel in the R-80
Zone located approximately 650' east of Carroll Avenue in SCTM#(s) 1000-75.- 1-1.1. The
property is located south of County Road 48, a designated New York Scenic Byway, however
the proposed structure is not visible from the road
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department, the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Planning Board shall consider this recommendation in preparing its
written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.

2. Before ~swering the questions in Section C, the preparer of this form should review the exempt
minor action list, policies and expirations of each policy contained in the Town of Southold Local
Water~ont Revitalization Pro.am. A proposed action will be evaluated as to its si~ificant
beneficial ~d adverse effects upon the coastal area (which includes all of Southold To~).
If any question in Section C on this form is answered "yes" or "no", then the proposed action will
affect the achievement of the LWRP policy standards and conditions contained in the consistency
review law. Thus, each answer must be explained in detail listing both supporting and non-
suDportina facts. If an action cannot be certified as consistent with the LWRP policy standards and
conditions, it shall not be undertaken.
