Location: Approximately 136 feet north from the n/w comer of Horton Lane and Middle
Road, Southold.
This site plan is for a change of use of an existing 800 sq. ft. dwelling to have 500 sq. ft. of retail
space and 300 sq. ft. of storage space, including a handicap ramp and associated parking on a
10,140 sq. ft. parcel in the General Business Zoning District located approximately 136 feet
north from the n/w comer of Horton Lane and Middle Road, Southold.
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department, the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written
determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
