Howell (6/2/22) and RUNNING THENCE southerly in a straight line five hundred eighty-four and three tenths plus (584.3+) feet to another monument. THENCE continuing the same course to the Peconic Bay, THENCE RUNNING easterly by and with Peconic Bay to a point which is the continuation in a straight line from a monument set fifty feet easterly of the monument last entioned, THENCE Northerly to said monument and continuing northerly five hundred eighty-one feet to a monument set on the southerly side of said fifty foot strip of land conveyed to Leone D. Howell, THENCE westerly by and with said southerly line of said strip of land forty-four and five tenths feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with a right of way to pass or repass over said fifty foot strip of land from a right of way along the westerly line of other lands of the parties of the first part (in the aforementioned deed) easterly to the land of Norris, said right of way being fifty feet in width and being over the strip of land this day (6/2/22) conveyed by the parties of the first part to Leone D. Howell. TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the party of the first part herein of, in and to land under the waters of Peconic Bay adjoining said premises. Sec. 123 Blk. 6 The parties of the first part do hereby grant unto the parties of the second part, Lot 18 their heirs and assigns forever, the right to pass and repass and establish tele- phone and electric light lines over a certain open right of way 25 feet wide extending southerly from the southerly side of New Suffolk Avenue, nearly opposite Maratooker Lane, over the lands of the late George B. Reeve, now owned by the parties of the first part, and Florence B. Tilly, formerly Reeve, to the northerly line of the land this day conveyed to Leone D. Howell to meet another right of way this day established along the northerly line of the land this day conveyed to the said Howell and others. The said right of way to the south of New Suffolk Avenue to the second established right of way being, for that distance, the same as that established by and between the late George B. Reeve and his wife and Florence B. Reeve and Phoebe Hollister by instrument dated 11/23/1906 and recorded in the office of the Clerk .of Suffolk County 9/5/1907, in Liber 629 at page 168. BEING THE SAME PREMISES heretofore conveyed by Mary Hallock O'Donovan, now known as Mary H.
