Environmental Consulting on behalf of NATHAN SAINT AMAND requests a Wetland Permit to enclose an existing 8'X 13' covered porch and to convert an existing 13'X 33' deck into a covered porch. Located: Private Rd., Fishers Island. SCTM#8-2-7.1 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is EXEMPT pursuant to § 268-3. MINOR ACTIONS -- Include the following action, which are not subject to review under this chapter: BB. Additions to the landward side of an existing dwelling constituting less than 25% of the original structure, except in a Coastal Erosion Hazard Area; [Added 6-6-2006 by L.L. No. 7-2006] Figure #1-Proposed action to convert existing 13 x 33 foot deck into a covered porch. Figure #2-Proposed action to enclose existing 8 x 13 foot covered porch. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. making a determination of con.~mtan~. *Except minor exempt actions including Building Permits and other ministerial permits not located within the Coastal Erosion Hazard .drea. A proposed action will be evaluated as to its si~onificant beneficial and adverse effects upon the coastal a~a (which includes all of Southold Town). If any question in Section C on this form is answered "yes", then the proposed action may affect the achievement of the LWRP policy standards and conditions contained in the consistency review law.
