Steelman, R.A. dated January 14, 2008 and determined the construction of a garage to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 275 of the Town Wetland Code and Chapter 111 of the Town Code. Therefore, in accordance with the current Wetlands Code (Chapter 275) and the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area (Chapter 111 ) no permit is required.
