McCALL, also known as ROBERT EARLE McCALL, residing at 22 Fairmead Road, Darien, Connecticut, DISTRICT SECTION BLOCK LOT ED MEE ® ® n7 party of the second part, 0 12 17 21 20 WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and beingincibac at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEINNING AT A monument set on the southwesterly line of New Suffolk Avenue at the northeasterly corner of land of James Dean, being the northwesterly corner of land of John C. Henry; RUNNING THENCE along said southwesterly line of New Suffolk Avenue, South 67' 00' 00" East 175.0 feet to a concrete monument and land of Munkenbeck; THENCE along said land of Munkenbeck South 14° 07' 00" East 215. 12 feet to an iron pipe; THENCE along other land of John C. Henry South 750 53' 00" West 139.54 feet to an iron pipe and said land of James Dean; THENCE along said land of James Dean North 140 07' 00" West 320.72 feet to the southwesterly line of New Suffolk Avenue, the point or place of BEGINNING. SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show. SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions and easements of record, if any. TOGETHER with right of way to bay and beach and for use of beach as set forth in deed dated May 28, 1992 in Liber 11483, Page 268. SUBJECT to right of way for ingress and egress as set forth in deed dated 6/4/52 between Martha C. Leibell, as grantor, and Frank J. Seaman and Madalyn B. Seaman as grantees. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties to this deed as grantees by deed dated April 30, 1993 made by John C. The parties hereto intend by this deed to vest title to the Dist above premises solely in Robert E. McCall, also known as Robert Earle McCall. 1000 Sec.
