McCall, now deceased; THENCE South 140 07' East along DESIGNATION the land formerly of Adrian C. McCall, now deceased, a distance of 266.8 feet D . to the center of a locust tree; THENCE South 38° 13' East 136 feet to an iron 1000 pipe and an oak tree to a point in the high water mark in Peconic Bay; THENCE Soc, westerly and northerly along the westerly and northerly side of Down's Creek 116.00 to a chisel mark on the sea wall on the high water mark of Down's Creek Channel, BIk. which chisel mark is on the dividing line of the property hereby conveyed and 06.00 the property formerly conveyed to Adrian C. McCall and Marjorie M. McCall, his Lot(:): wife; THENCE northwesterly, along said dividing line between the land hereby 003.000 conveyed and the land of Adrian C. McCall and Marjorie M.
