Greene, deceased, was the surviving spouse of Harold C. Greene until her death on
January 20, 1995. Madeleine Greene acquired title to the property pursuant to the
last -;,;:It and t Lament of Harold C. Greene, her husband, late of Bronxville, New
York, who died on September 27, 1965.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the first
part of, in and to the land under water of the Little Peconic Bay abutting said
premises and also all of the right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the first
part of, in and to any land lying in the bed of any street, road or avenue, opened or
proposed, in front of or adjoining said premises to the center line thereof.
