SAMPIERI, husband and wife, both residing at 22 Whitehall Boulevard, Garden City, New York 11530, DfSTRICT SP_CTI^�l u�CIHIX " ;.:i 9i I party of the second pa6t, 12 17 21 20 WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, /u A!—, that certain plot, piece or parcel Cf ]znd, with the buildiegs and improvements thereon erected, situate, b' lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, O known and designated as Lot No. 118 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Nassau \� Point Club Property, Amended Map A", filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922 as Map No. 156, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Bayberry Road at the division line between Lots 117 and 118 on said map; RUNNING THENCE South 430 45' 10" West 417.00 feet to the Lagoon; RUNNING THENCE in a general northerly direction along the Lagoon, the tie line of which bears North 290 29' West 118.29 feet to the division line of Lots 118 and 119 on said map; RUNNING THENCE North 460 55' 10" East 443.0 feet to the westerly side of Bayberry Road; RUNNING THENCE along the irregular curve of the westerly side of Bayberry Road, the tie line of which bears South 12° 27' East 106.85 feet to the pont or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to land now or formerly below the high mark of the lagoon or under the waters of the lagoon in front of the above described premises and to the landing, docks and bulkheading on or in front of the premises conveyed. TAX MAP BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first DESIGNATION part herein by deed dated January 13, 1975, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerks Offaice on January 15, 1975, in Liber 7782, Page 518.
