by Howard W. Young, surveyor, which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office on September 20, 1995 as map /9743 (Abstract #12829) .
The subject premises are conveyed subject to the following:
a) No principal structure shall be erected, altered, placed or permitted upon

on any lot, except that dogs, cats or other household pets may be kept,
provided that they are not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose.
d) No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried upon any Lot, nor shall
anything be done thereon which may be or may become an annoyance or nuisance
to the neighborhood.
The grantor herein is the same person as the grantee in Deed recorded in
Liber 11048 Page 186 which covers subject premises and more.
Together with an easement over the easterly 20 feet of Lot 3, and subject to
n easement over the easterly twenty (20) feet of Lot 2 for the benefit of
of 3 in the subdivision herein, for a common driveway, as set forth in
ovenants and Restrictions of record and as shown on the filed subdivision map.
