BEGINNING at a point set in the northerly side of Fawn Lane

intersection of the northerly side of Fawn Lane and the westerly
side of Little Neck Road; and from said point or place of

Zurawik and Helen Zurawik, his wife,. by deed dated May 19 , 1972 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on June 12, 1972 in
