WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
v� of New York, being known and designated as and by Lots 68 and
69 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Tollewood" , filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 1/25/27
as Map #175.
LOT 68 : BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
Charles Walsoki, deceased and Veronica Waloski by deed dated
August, 1967 which deed has been recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 14 , 1967 in Liber
6202 page 214 ;
LOT 69 : BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
Veronica Walsoki under The Land Title Registration Law Owner' s
Duplicate Certificate of Title Certificate Number 17'77? First
Registered September 18 , 1951 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
