We are in agreement with Pat Conklin's interpretation regarding the need for site plan, and variances, but also want to discuss the fact that them are two other wineries in front of the PB with somewhat similar situations regarding set- offs, health department approvals, etc. I want to make sure we (the PB) is being internally consistent in how we are viewing and handling these applications, and I don't think the PB has all the information it needs. I don't know how to advise them to proceed, thus would like your respective inputs .... So, if at all possible, I would like to discuss Ray Blum, Osprey Dominion and Silver Nails on Thursday, with all of you present.
