GOLDSMITH, being duly sworn, deposes and says: That he is the applicant for a permit to locate a single automobile trailer on a lot owned by him on the north side of Washington Avenue just outside the Village of Greenport. That said trailer will be new and modern and will not in any way detract from the appearance or property value of the neighborhood. That said trailer ~ill be used by deponent and his father as a permanen home. That filed with the application are consents of the adjacent landowners. That the attached plot plan shows a 20 foot setback from Washington Avenue; that this setback is consistent with the building line generally along the street. That on the opposite side of Washington Avenue there is property owned by the Village of Greenport and used as a sandpit and dumping area; that for about 500 feet land on the west is unoccupied. That deponent is informed and believes that the home on the lot immediately east of him is supplied its water by Village of Greenport; that when the cesspool is located it will be done with due regard for the safety of the water supply of any neighbors not using municipal water.
