As you know, your application was reviewed by the Town Board at their April 25, 2002 work session meeting at which time they made a decision not to grant permission to you for the trailer. As a point of information, this trailer policy was discussed at their meeting last Tuesday, May 21, 2002 and is under review by a committee of the Town Board. Councilmen Wickham, Richter, and Moore were appointed to review the policy. It is possible that there may be revisions in this policy at the next Town Board meeting to be held on Monday, June 3, 2002. I am in no way implying that this would affect your application. I would like to request the use of an office trailer which is 1 lfi x 44fi in size, it would consist of two offices and a self-contained bathroom. We would erect a 9fl x 20fi deck, which, would be handicap accessible. The proposed site would be on lot #14 of the Summit Estate subdivision. The site is 215 x 170 in size and would be placed on the site to meet all town requirements. At this time all of the homes in section I have been sold, and we feel there is a strong need to be present on the site for the remainder of the build out. There are 24 more homes to be built.
