The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday, January 21,2009:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Amendment to
Wetland Permit #-4382 to install vinyl sheathing along the landward side of
approximately 188' of existing bulkhead, with the condition that the 25' non-turf buffer is
maintained, and as depicted on the site plan prepared by All Shore Marine
Construction, Inc., received on December 17, 2008.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

To the Board of Trustees:
We are writing to request and :2 ' ' ' ': ....... ~,~,,* to our bulkhead permit for the
purposes of repair. Our bulkhead ("new" bulkhead) was permitted and built in front of an
existing bulkhead, and the plan is to place plastic sheathing on the landward side of the
"new" bulkhead between the "new" and original bulkheads. We have contracted with All
Shore Marine Construction, Inc. to perform the necessary repairs on the bulkhead. A
copy of the contract for repair is enclosed.
Also included is a copy of our original permit as well as a copy of the final survey of the
property which shows the location of all bulkheads on the property. The portion in
question is highlighted in yellow for clarity.
