held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the request for a
Transfer of Wetland Permit #2251, as issued on January 29, 1987 from Tor & Joan
Torkelsen to Richard Jung & Jean Jung.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

new owners of the subject parcel effective April 8th, 2022.
I have enclosed a copy of the executed deed for your records, along with an
executed Affidavit, Owner's Authorization, Owner's Transactional Disclosure Form,
Agent's Transactional Disclosure Form, and an attorney escrow check payable to the
Town of Southold in the amount of$50.00 for the required transfer fee.

I am the attorney and executor of the Estate of Anna Gradowski. Joseph Gradowski
predeceased his wife. Mrs. Gradowski owned property known at 3675 Wells Avenue,
Southold, New York, SCTM# 1000-70-4-4. On January 29, 1987, the Board of Southold
Town Trustees issued permit#2251 to Joseph Gradowski. The permit was for"Approval
under the Grandfather Clause to secure a permit for a bulkhead and dock in Jockey Creek,
Southold all in accordance with the application submitted." A copy of the Authorization,
Terms and Conditions, and grandfather application are attached hereto as well as the
estates check in the sum of$50 payable to your order.
As the Executor of the Estate of Anna Gradowski, I hereby request a"Certificate of
Compliance"of permit# 2251, dated January 29, 1987. You are authorized to enter upon
the property to make your inspection. If you need anything else I will be happy to supply
it to you.

hereby withdrawing my previous request for a transfer of permit No 2251 and any other
permits to the Torkelsens.
Please return to me the $50.00 fee that I previously submitted for the transfer.
