BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of the Main South Road
at the southeasterly corner of land of MacNish and the south-
westerly corner of the premises herein described ; running thence

acNish, 260 feet ; running thence in an easterly direction on a
line parallel to the northerly line of the Main South Road, a
distance of 230 feet, running thence in a southeasterly direction
on a line parallel to the westerly line of the premises herein
described, a distance of 260 feet to the northerly line of the
Main South Road; running thence in a westerly direction along the
northerly line of the Main South Road, a distance of 230 feet to
the point or place of beginning.
Together with all the right , title and interest of the party of
the first part in and to the highway in front of and abutting said
premises to the center line thereof .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated September 3, 1966, and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on September 7 , 1966, in Liber
6027 , Page 342.
SUBJECT to a life estate to JOSEF P. SZYMANOWSKI for his use and
enjoyment of the premises for the term of his natural life .
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.
DESIGNATION
Dist, 1000 AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
