Laurel Dear Mr. Terry: Attached please find an LWRP Consistency Assessmem Form, which is being submitted in association with an application to the Board of Trustees for a Town Wetlands Permit to construct a vinyl bulkhead in place of an existing storm-damaged timber bulkhead. I have indicated that all policies are "Not Applicable," because pursuant to Town Code §268- 5(A) and the corresponding definitions of"action" and "minor action" by §286-3, the submission of a LWRP Consistency Assessment Form is not required for this application, as the proposed work entails only the "maintenance or repair involving no substantial changes in an existing structure or facility," specifically the in-place replacement of an existing bulkhead.
