WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Fleets Neck, near Cutchogue, County of
Suffolk and State of New Yor;., burg bounded and de�-Cr zed as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly side of Fleets Neck Road,
1249.75 feet southeasterly along said southwesterly line from the Main Road,
said point of beginning being the easterly corner of land now or formerly of
McBride; thence from said point of beginning turning along said southwesterly
line of Fleets Neck Road, South 45 Degrees 29 minutes East, 100.00 feet to the
northwesterly line of a proposed 50 foot highway; Thence along said northwesterly
line of said proposed highway South 44 degrees 31 minutes West, 150.00 feet;
Thence North 45 degrees 29 minutes West, 100.00 feet; Thence North 44 degrees
31 minutes East 150.00 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to MARILYN L. BECK and
JOHN T. BECK, SR., by deed made by MARILYN L. BECK, executrix of Oliver K.
Kennedy, dated 4/14/82 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
4/14/82 in Liber 9167 of Deeds cp 534.
