WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or

RUNNING THENCE along said land of Gesele, North 57 degrees 42

party of the first part;
THENCE along said land of the party of the first part, South
32 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East, 100 . 00 feet, to a monument and
land of Cahill ;
THENCE along said land of Cahill , South 57 degrees 42 minutes
00 seconds West, 152 . 0 feet, to a monument on said Northeasterly side
of Pinewood Road;
THENCE along said Northeasterly line of Pinewood Road, North
1 , 24 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds west, 100 . 98 feet, to the point
or BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Deed
dated June 13 , 1963 , recorded June 26, 1963 , in the office of the
Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 5369 of conveyances at Page 190 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.
