roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Main Road, distant 1700 feet more
or less southwesterly form the intersection of the southwesterly side of Skunk Lane
with the southeasterly side of Main Road, said point being where the southwesterly line
of land now or formerly of Wysocki intersects with the southeasterly side of Main
Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the southwesterly line of land now or formerly of
Wysocki, South 42 degrees 11 minutes 10 seconds East 168.96 feet;
THENCE still along land now or formerly of Wysocki, South 40 egrees 09 minutes
00 seconds West 26.20 feet to land now or formerly of Hawkins;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Hawkins, North 50 degrees 37 minutes 30
