WIQKHAM, 10315 Main Road, P.O. Box 1424, Mattituck, New York, as guardian of the person and property of Hubert Harren, an incapacitated person, party of the first part, and ABIGAIL A. WICKHAM, 10315 Main Road, P.O. Box 1424, Mattituck, New York, as guardian of the person and property of Catherine Harren, an incapacitated person, party of the second par WITNESSETH that whereas by an Order of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Suffolk, made on December 5, 1994, under Index Number 13296-94 Suffolk County, Abigail A. Wickham, party of the first part herein was duly appointed pursuant to Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law as guardian of the person and nranerty of Hubert Harren, an incapacitated person, and whereas on January 25, 1995, the Clerk of the County of Suffolk issued his commission to Abigail A. Wickham, party of the DISTRICT first part, to tact as such guardian, and whereas by an Order of 1000 the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Suffolk, SECTION 100.00 made on January 12, 1995, under Suffolk County Index Number 19581 BLOCK 94, Abigail A. Wickham, party of the second part herein, was duly 01.00 appointed pursuant to Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law as LOT guardian of the person and property of Catherine Harren, an 006.000 incapacitated person, the spouse of Hubert Harren, and whereas on February 27, 1995 the Clerk of the County of Suffolk issued his commission to Abigail A. Wickham, party of the second part, to act as such guardian, and whereas this conveyance has been authorized without consideration pursuant to Section 81.21 of the Mental Hygiene Law by an Order of the Supreme Court, County of Suffolk (Index Number 94-13296) dated October 24, 1995. The party of the first part for Ten and 00/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Hamlet of Oregon, near Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Sound View Avenue, 514.54 feet southerly along said easterly line from the southerly end of a curve connecting said easterly line with the southerly line of said Sound View Avenue; from said point of beginning running along land of the party of the first part, three courses, as follows: (1) N. 73' 00' 30" E. 226.34 feet; thence (2) S. 16' 59' 30" E. 150.0 feet; thence (3) S. 73' 00' 30" W. 237.27 feet to said easterly line M � R EC 0 R D ED X118, nes clPAKwwD�ROMAINEINTV ` 11750 9512 of Sound View Avenue; thence along said easterly line of Sound View Avenue, two courses, as follows: (1) N. 9° 00' 1010 W. 24.90 feet; thence (2) N. 13' 34 ' 50" W. 125.56 feet to the point or place of beginning., Said premises are shown and designated as District 1000, Section 100, Block 1, Lot 6 on the Suffolk County Tax Map Being the same premises conveyed to Hubert K. Harren (a/k/a Hubert Harren) and Catherine P. Harren (a/k/a Catherine Harren) his wife, both wards of Abigail A. Wickham, by a certain deed dated November 12, 1959, made by John P. McNulty, Anita McNulty, Helen McNulty, Mildred McNulty, Edna McNulty and Marie Diller as grantors, which said deed was recorded on November 17, 1959 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 4726 of deeds at page 354. Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads abetting the above described premises to the center lines thereof. Together with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which Hubert Herren has in said premises, and also the estate therein which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of whether individually or by virtue of the aforesaid order authorizing this conveyance or otherwise. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the successors or assigns of the party of the second part forever. Hubert Harren and Catherine Harren, the wards of Abigail A. Wickham, are husband and wife. It is intended by this conveyance to vest title to the entire fee interest in the above described premises in Abigail A. Wickham, as guardian of the person and property of Catherine Harren, an incapacitated person.
