The applicant is not proposing any structural changes to the existing building and has proposed no additional clearing, grading, or paving or substantive modification to the property. In an effort to conform to the parking requirements of the Southold Town Code, the applicant is proposing the delineation of the required number of spaces on the site's existing pervious parking area and a small linear grassed area along the rear yard of the property. The applicant is also proposing to install an evergreen landscape buffer (comprised of native plant species) to afford additional visual screening for residents of the apartment complex located to the north of the subject property. The applicant has also designated 3 additional "landhanked" parking stalls to demonstrate additional parking capacity on the site. The applicant will install and ADA compliant handicapped parking area as part of the project and will replace the site's existing cesspool with a conforming sanitary sewage disposal system. An application for approval of the new system has been submitted to the Suffolk County Deparanant of Health Services. Page 2 of 21 Please Complete Each Queetion--Indlcate N.A. if not applicable A.
