WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten d0literrpaid by the party of the second
part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part the heirs or successors and

ALL that certain plo , piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

Suffolk and State of New Yorke bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a concrete monument set on the southerly side of North
Main Road (Sound Avenue) at the intersection of the northeasterly
corner of lands now or formerly of Leffner and the northwest cornSr
of the premises about to be described and running thence North 89
41' East 60 feet along the southerly side of the North Main Road
(Sound Avenue) to a monument and land now or formerly of Wolgot
running thence the fo;lowing two courses and distances along lands
of Wolggo (1) South 20 22' 30" East 200 feet to a monument; (2)
South 89° 41' West 60 feet to a mon8ment and lands now or formerly
of Leffner; running thence North 20 22' 30" West 200 feet along
lands now or formerly of Leffner to the monument at the point or
place of Beginning.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to North Main Road (Sound Avenue) adjacent to said
premises to the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to DOROTHY T .
PAULOS by deed dated July 24, 1979, and recorded at the Office of
the Suffolk County Clerk on July 30, 1979 at Liber 8666 cp 498.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
