eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the
buildings and improvements thereon situate, lying and being
at Cutchogue in the Town of Southold and State of New York
more particularly bounded and described as follows :
Beginning at a point said point being the southeast corner
of premises herein being described and said point being
distant 1698 . 79 feet northerly from the division line formed
by the northerly side of Oregon Road and the southwest
corner of a 25 foot right of way shown on filed map; thence
(1) on a course South 82 degrees 281 00" West a distance of
413 . 22 feet to a point; thence (2) turning and running on a
course North 48 degrees 311 30" West a distance of 656 . 32
feet to a point; thence (3) turning and running on a course
North 81 degrees 481 00" East a distance of 405 . 94 feet to a
point; thence (4) turning and running on a course South 48
