paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Long Island, N.Y. " surveyed June 1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E. and
Surveyor, Greenport, New York, and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk, New York, August 16 , 1922 as File No. 156 .
cO BEGINNING at a point where the division line of lots 198 and
197 intersect the northerly side of Old Cove Road (or Vanston Road) ;
running thence North 29° 13 ' 50" West: 213 fleet; running thence North
180 35' 50" East 77. 25 feet; running thence South 490 51' 00" East
280. 21 feet to a point on the northwesterly side of Old Cove Road;
running thence Southwesterly along an irregular road line curve
being the northwesterly side of Old Cove Road tie line being South

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed
dated October 7 , 1970 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office on October 21, 1970 in Liber 6826 Page 263 .

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
