ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of laud, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Mallituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and Stale of
ew York, known and designated as Lot No. I 1 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of
eep hole Creek Estates" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Sufrolk on
January 28, 1965 as Map No. 4256.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated lune 30, 1995 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 14,
1995 in Liber 11733 page 343.

receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of
