FOHRKOLB, gatt670 FleetwoodeCutchogue, Road, Cutchogue, New York 11935, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in Ifawt Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Main Road where the same is intersected by the southwesterly line of land now or formerly of F. Kaelin; RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of F. Kaelin, South 41° 13' 50" E. 133.0 feet; THENCE along land now or formerly of the Cutchogue Fire District the following two courses and distances: (1) South 26° 42' 10" E. 56.05 feet; (2) S. 9° 53' 20" E. 50.10 feet, to land now or formerly of Robert Williams; THENCE along land now or formerly of Robert Williams and along land now or formerly of Sacred Heart Church, S. 690 47' 40" W. 115.73 feet; DISTRICT THENCE along land now or formerly of Sacred Heart Church, N. 41° 13' 50" W. 1000 65.0 feet, to other lands of the Sacred Heart Church; SECTION THENCE the following two courses and distances along land of the Sacred Heart 102.00 Church: (1) N. 390 43' 10" E. 60.0 feet; (2) N. 41° 13' 50" W. 100.0 feet to BLOCK the southeasterly side of Main Road; 06.00 THENCE along the southeasterly side of Main Road, N. 39° 43' 10" E. 90.0 feet LOT to the point or place of BEGINNING. 003.000 BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises devised to the party of the first part under the Last Will and Testament of Charles P. Tuthill, deceased (Surr. No. 150P1941) . TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid- eration as a trust fund tq,,bf applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply tY a sarne first to the pa'yftient of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
