Russell to execute the Memorandum of Understanding between the Town of Southold and RSVP {Retired Senior Volunteer Program) regarding the Human Resource Center working with RSVP as a volunteer station providing various services to homebound senior citizens, at no cost to the Town, subject to the approval of the Town Attorney. Develop volunteer job descri!otions and submit a copy to RSVP to be used for recruitment purposes. Notify RSVP of any changes or .additions to volunteer job Clescriptions. Ensure that any of the assignments developed do not displace paid staff positions. RSVP Res--onsibilit-: Provicle assistance to the station in assessing their needs and developing ./ob descriptions. Publicize station's needs for volunteer candidates. TRAINING AND ORIENTATION: StatiOn Res. on$ibilit -: ~ Provide e general orientation ~ new RSVP volunteem, Fei ~mgrams and se~ices of RSVP (TR, ~, CCCP. etc.) agency staff will provide t~inlng ~ potential volunteers.
