Description: This proposal is to create a 2 lot conservation subdivision from a total of
29.843 acres, where Lot 1 would total .722 acres (31,450 sq. ft) and Lot 2
would total 28.743 acres and will be preserved as open space, in the LB
Zoning District.

Description: This proposal is for a conservation subdivision to divide a 24.82 acre
parcel into 4 lots where Lot 1 equals 73,336 sq. ft., Lot 2 equals 73,336
sq. ft., Lot 3 equals 19.415 acres upon which the Development Rights
have been sold to the County of Suffolk, and Lot 4 equals 2.0 acres.

Description: This proposal is for a lot line change where SCTM#1000-5-12.9 will
decrease in size from +/-133,293 s.f. to +/-61,419 s.f., SCTM#1000-5-8.3
will increase in size from +/-369,388 s.f. to +/-433,857 s.f., SCTM#1000-
5-5.9 will increase in size from +/-162,478 s.f. to +/-169,448 s.f. No new
building lots will be created. Zoning District R120.
