Description: This proposal is for a conservation subdivision to divide a 24.82 acre parcel into 4 lots where Lot 1 equals 73,336 sq. ft., Lot 2 equals 73,336 sq. ft., Lot 3 equals 19.415 acres upon which the Development Rights have been sold to the County of Suffolk, and Lot 4 equals 2.0 acres. SCTM#: 1000-1-5-8.3, 9 and Flower III, Fishers Island (FIDCO, 12.9 Flower, Baker) Location: (no #) private road off East End Road, Fishers Island Description: This proposal is for a lot line change where SCTM#1000-5-12.9 will decrease in size from +/-133,293 s.f. to +/-61,419 s.f., SCTM#1000-5-8.3 will increase in size from +/-369,388 s.f. to +/-433,857 s.f., SCTM#1000- 5-5.9 will increase in size from +/-162,478 s.f. to +/-169,448 s.f. No new building lots will be created. Zoning District R120. Status: Open Action: Provide comments to ZBA on Lot Line Change. Description: This proposal creates a 25’ ROW from an existing 50” ROW and attach the newly created ROW for dock access to Lot 2 of the 4 Lot Mohring Subdivision.
