Fleet, now of Trentalange; RUNNING THENCE North 260 131 20" West along land formerly of George H. Fleet, now of Trentalange, and through a monument 420 feet to a monument in the southerly side of West Road; THENCE North 650 22 ' 40" East along the southerly side of West Road, 200 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
