6 Waterview Court, Riverhead, New York
and Peter Troyan and Virginia Troyan, his wife, residing at
136 Trout Brook Lane, Riverhead, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,*
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the
1) See Schedule "A" attached hereto;
2) Subject to all Covenants, Restrictions and Easements of Record; and
3) Being and intending to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated September 15, 1967 and recorded
Dist. in Liber 6222, page 243 in the Suffolk County land records office.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting thebove described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate And rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever. '
* WHEREAS, the party of the first part and the party of the second part to hold
as tenants in common, with eachpparty having a one half (1/2) interest.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not ddone
or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
ilying and being3[itim at Nassau Point, Town of Southold, Suffolk County
and State of New York and known and designated as Lot No. 406 on map
entitled, "Map of Section D Nassau' Point Club Properties, Inc. , sit-
uate on Nassau Point, Suffolk County, New York", surveyed by Otto W.
Vantuyl, C.E. and surveyor Greenport, New York, March 24, 1926 and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on May 7, 1926 as
Map N0. 806, which lot is more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set in the Easterly side of Haywaters Road
where the division line between Lot N0. 407 and Lot No. 406 inter-
sects the Easterly side of Haywaters Road as shown on the above men-
tioned map;
