BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Highland Road distant 191.46
feet westerly from the westerly end of a curve connecting the westerly side of
Spur Road with the southerly side of Highland Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 41 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds West 200.0 feet to
land now or formerly of Lefferts Edson;
RUNNING THENCE Along last mentioned land North 48 degrees 45 minutes
50 seconds West 200.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 41 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds East 200 feet to the
southerly side of Highland Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Highland Road South 48 degrees
45 minutes 50 seconds East 200.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein
by deed dated 12/6/82, recorded 1/5/83 in Liber 9235 cp 106.

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
