EXCEPTING from the foregoing premises, however, a parcel of land containing
approximately 2.629 acres at the South end of the premises, taken and acquired
by the County of Suffolk for thecreation and improvement of the new Middle
Road or Middle Road Extension C.R. 27B; and subject to the fill easement in
favor of the County of Suffolk at the South end of the premises affecting an
area of approximately 0.100 acres, which easement was acquired by the County
of Suffolk for the protection of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27B.
