EXCEPTING from the above described premises, however, ALL that parcel of land
known as the storage building plot, which is bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by Middle Road a distance of 113 feet; Easterly by lands now or formerly
of Joseph Krupski 256 feet; Southerly by lands of Barney Sidor 80 feet and Westerly
by lands of Barney Sidor 165 feet.
TOGETHER with the right of way now existing on the above described premises
from Middle Road, sometimes known as Ellsworth Tuthill Road, which said right
of way is referred to in deed from City Bank Farmers Trust Company, as Trustee,
to Stanley Probka and Sophie Probka, his wife, dated 9/26/45 recorded 10/5/45
in Liber 2491, Page 77, as follows: "Subject to a right of way 16} feet wide
