The aforesaid parcel was created by virtue of a resolution adopted by the town of Southhold Planning Board held on May 24, 1993. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated December 17 1993 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 116hr6 of Deeds at Pate 838. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated March 25, 1994 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 11669 of Deeds at Page 971 . Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated March 23, 1995 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 11722 of Deeds at Page 294 . Tax Map Designation TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and Dist. 1000 roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND To Sec. 120.00 HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of Blk. 03.00 the party of the second part forever.
