The overall property is 15.61 acres in the A-C Zone. Status: Application accepted – proposed access road under review. Action: Review Engineer Comments. Attachments: Engineer Comments Project name: North Fork Self Storage SCTM#: 1000-96-1-1.2 Location: 115 Commerce Drive, Cutchogue Description: This site plan is for the construction of a 23,490 sq. ft. self-storage building on a 47,166 sq. ft. parcel in the Light Industrial Zoning District located on the west side of Commerce Drive, approximately 475 feet south from Corporate Road, in Cutchogue. Status: Applicant has submitted revised plans for review. Action: Review revised plan and make decision on ARC comments. Attachments: ARC Recommendations and Proposed Elevations, Staff Report Project name: N&L Properties LC SCTM#: 1000-73-2-4 Location: North side of Bridge Lane at the intersection of Oregon Road, Cutchogue Description: This site plan is for the construction of an 8,635 sq. foot building for the purposes of a private wine-making facility on a 31.07 acre parcel in the AC Zoning District. Status: New Site Plan Action: Recommend for the Board to accept the site plan for review, refer the application out and begin SEQR. Attachments: Draft Comments Planning Board Work Session Agenda Page Two May 11, 2009 Subdivisions Project name: Cichanowicz, David SCTM#: 1000-85-3-10.2, 97-10-2 Location: s/o Rt.25, 1506’ e/o Indian Neck Road and n/o Leslie Road, in Peconic Description: This proposal is to subdivide a 24.82 acre parcel into 4 lots where Lot 1 equals 73,336 sq.ft., Lot 2 equals 73,336 sq. ft., Lot 3 equals 19.415 acres upon which the Development Rights have been sold to the County of Suffolk, and Lot 4 equals 2.0 acres.
