mentioned map; running thence along Lot No. 1 North 47° 30' 30" West 1,502.65
feet to a point; running thence North 420 29' 30" East 15± feet through Lot
No. 2 to land now or formerly of T. S E. Shalvey; running thence along said
land now or formerly of T. 6 E. Shalvey and land now or formerly of Stanley
Mokus, South 47° 30' 30" East a distance of 1,516± feet to the northerly
side of Middle Road, C.R. 48 and the point or place of BEGINNING.

which mortgage lien on the aforesaid premises is held by Bridgehampton National
Bank in the unpaid amount of $596,559.14, which mortgage debt the party of
the second part assumes and agrees to pay.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated June 17, 1996, and being recorded simultaneouslyrherewifh in the
