Description: This amended site plan includes a new building of 5,384 sq. ft. added to
the existing two buildings of 20,585 sq. ft. on a 3.563-acre parcel in the
LB Zone.
Status: Conditional Final approval dated April 11, 2006. All work shall be
completed within 3 years.
Action: Review site plan with regard to delivery traffic to the site.

Description: Proposed conservation subdivision of a 31.0137 acre parcel into four

approximately 900' east of Cedar Drive, in Southold.
Description: Subdivide a 14.54-acre parcel into three lots where Lot 1 equals 44,735
s.f., Lot 2 equals 37,343 s.f. and Lot 3 equals 42,470 s.f. totaling 2.87
acres with the remaining 11.53 acres of the property to be preserved as
open space.
Status: Expired Preliminary Plat Approval

Status: Sketch Plan review
Action: Review letter from applicant requesting a demolition and building permit on a
