ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of lying and beinginrtlRl![ at Mattituck, New York, bounded and described as follows: the westerly line of Westview BEGINNING at a monument set on Drive, distant 456.14 feet northerly along said westerly line from the point where it is intersected by the direct extension westerly of the northerly line of Brower Road, being the south- sterly corner of land now or formerly of Jacob Mollick; UNNING THENCE along the westerly line of Westview Drive, South 11 degrees 17 minute: 20 seconds East, 75 feet to a monument and land now or foimerly of John Hurley; THENCE along said last mentioned land, South 78 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds West, 163 feet more or less to the ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek; THENCE northerly along said high water mark of Mattituck Creek, 75 feet more or less to land now or formerly of Jacob Mollick aforementioned; THENCE along said last mentioned land, North 78 degrees 42 mintues 40 seconds East, 162 feet more or less to a monument to the place of BEGIN Deed dated 6/13/84 BEING the same premises conveyed to the Grantors herein by and recorded 6/29/84 in Liber 9592, Page 116. SAID premises known and designated as 1605 Westview Drive, Mattituck, New York.
